Terms of Use

Version of 5 October 2026.

Translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Service and operator

MineRadar is a game server directory that lets you browse listings, search for a server, vote, and, for users with the necessary rights, manage a listing. The service is published on a non-professional basis by an individual established in France; the host and contact details are given in the legal notice.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the site. Paid visibility bookings are also subject to the terms of sale, which set out payments, cancellations, refunds and withdrawal rights. These Terms of Use do not reduce those rights.

2. Access and accounts

Browsing the site does not require purchasing a premium service. Some features require an account. The user provides accurate information, keeps their details up to date and protects their credentials. They report any suspected compromise to contact@mineradar.games.

The user must have the capacity or authorizations necessary for the operations they carry out. A minor uses the service in accordance with applicable rules and with the involvement of their legal guardian where required. Creating an account confers no rights over other users' servers.

3. Server listings and content

A user who lists or manages a server must be its operator or authorized to represent it. They accurately provide the server's name, address, categories, description and links. They must not impersonate a third party, publish false information, or create duplicates intended to manipulate visibility.

Text, images and links published must respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and other third-party rights. Unlawful content is prohibited, including threats, harassment, incitement to hatred or violence, scams, malware, and unauthorized disclosure of personal data.

MineRadar does not become the owner of submitted content. Its author grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, technically adapt for display, and communicate it to the public on the service, solely to the extent necessary for the listing to function. This license applies while the content is published and for legally justified retention periods; it does not permit external advertising reuse without a separate agreement.

4. Votes and rankings

Votes must correspond to a genuine action by the user and comply with the displayed delays and limits. Vote bots, impersonated identities, automated requests, and bypassing controls via multiple accounts or technical means are prohibited. Anti-abuse controls may reject a vote attempt.

Results change with the site's data, the filters selected, and validity checks. A position in the directory is not guaranteed. Paid slots must be distinguished from the ordinary ranking; their terms appear in the Terms of Sale. The ordinary ranking is based on the number of valid votes in the current season; paid placements are shown separately, labelled as such, and have no effect on that ranking.

If a server offers a reward for a vote, its operator defines and ensures its delivery. MineRadar makes no promise of any reward from a third-party server in its own name.

5. Security and prohibited uses

It is prohibited to disrupt the service, attempt to access others' accounts or data, bypass access restrictions, or cause an abnormal load. Automated collection must not harm the service, personal data, or rights over content and databases. Uses permitted by law remain reserved.

Deliberately blocking the calendar through coordinated or artificial bookings is prohibited. Measures relating to bookings and amounts paid are governed by the Terms of Sale; these Terms of Use do not result in any automatic forfeiture of payments.

6. Reports

The report form allows content or behavior to be reported, even without an account. A time-stamped acknowledgment is available for download and by email. The operator can also be reached at contact@mineradar.games.

A report should indicate, as far as possible, the exact location of the content, the reasons it is unlawful or against the rules, and any information useful for its review. For a notice of unlawful content, it includes a good-faith statement as to the accuracy and completeness of the information, and the reporter's contact details, subject to legal exceptions. There is no need to publicly transmit sensitive data or identity documents.

Reports are reviewed diligently and without arbitrariness. Disagreeing with an opinion or the legitimate exercise of a right does not, on its own, constitute abuse.

7. Moderation and appeals

Depending on the nature and severity of the facts, MineRadar may request a correction, issue a warning, remove content, correct votes identified as fraudulent, or restrict an account. Measures must be proportionate and take context and repetition into account. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect individuals, secure the service, or comply with a legal obligation.

Except where legally exempted, the user concerned receives the reasons for the decision and the means to challenge it. They may submit their observations and request a human review via the assistance form, "Challenge a moderation decision" section. Replies can be viewed in the request tracker and are sent by email. Moderation measures are decided by a person; only the technical anti-abuse checks (delay between two votes, captcha, rate limiting) are automatic. Legal remedies remain available.

A moderation measure does not remove a legal right to a refund. The fate of a paid service is examined separately under the Terms of Sale and applicable law.

8. Availability and third-party services

Interruptions may occur for maintenance, incidents or security reasons. MineRadar strives to restore the service and inform users where possible. This does not remove the commitments attached to paid services or remedies in the event of non-performance.

Game servers and external sites apply their own rules. Their listing is not a certification of their security or a guarantee of availability. MineRadar remains responsible for its own obligations; no clause excludes liability that the law prohibits excluding.

9. Intellectual property

The site's original elements and MineRadar's distinctive signs are protected under applicable rights. Their reuse requires the rights holder's authorization where not permitted by law. Users retain their rights over their own contributions.

Minecraft and other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. MineRadar is independent and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

10. Personal data and account closure

The purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and ways of exercising rights are detailed in the privacy policy. Accepting these Terms of Use does not amount to general consent to all processing or to optional cookies.

The user may request closure of their account from the operator's contact address. The handling of ongoing bookings, accounting obligations, and the justified retention of evidence are examined separately. Closure does not remove the customer's legal rights or obligations already arisen. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the retention policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms and disputes

These Terms of Use are dated, and substantial changes must be brought to the attention of affected users before they apply, except where legally or security required. They do not retroactively change orders already placed. Each version is dated; the version in force is the one published on this page.

French law applies, subject to the mandatory protections available to the user, in particular under their country of residence. Complaints may be sent to the operator's contact address. Information on consumer mediation appears in the Terms of Sale. No exclusive jurisdiction of a French court is imposed on the consumer.
